Not just an Apple

Hi people of the world,
Apple is known of going too far when it comes to protecting their Business from anything and everything.... even from their customers. Don't be surprised if they sue you when you change one of the Mac OS configurations using some scripts.

Lately, Apple want to sue Woolworths, a company that sells fresh food to people, for their apple shaped logo.
Want to see the logo. Then have a look down here

The problem here is that:
Woolworths designed it to be as a styled "w"
Apple thinks that it is an apple

Quoting from the news:
"Apple is spooked by the fact that Woolworths has gone for a blanket trademark that would allow it to slap its branding and logo on every imaginable product"
 So what did the designer of the logo say about that
He said: "Based on this logic, they would have to take action against every fruitseller"
And he's very right about it

So what do I say?

Is there any similarity between Apple's logo and Woolworths's?
emmmmmm..... No
What I see here is.... Apple logo is the popular eaten apple, while Woolworths logo is a "W" styled pumpkin :D

Sorry Apple.. Even it does look like an apple, no one could say that it is Apple logo
Even if Woolworths is using Apple logo to get popular, I would not buy from a shopping center just because they have Apple-like logo. This is just silly people of the world
Even if Woolworths moved to computers world, all of us know the difference between Woolworths apple and the Apple's apple
I myself could easily identify the difference even without wearing my glasses
People of the world, There is a difference between apple and pumpkin

Is there any law that says:
"Apple owns all the apples of the world. So:
- Use apple as a logo is not allowed
- Use the apples-like fruits like (pear, peach and even orange) as a logo is not allowed
- Use the apples-like words like (pineapple) as a logo is not allowed"
That's retarded Apple

Facebook Pobulation + My Experience

Hi people of the world,
How many members does facebook has have?
It is 300 million member :o

Facebook is a popular social networking site that connects friends with each other. It said that they have 300 million members which is roughly equal to the population of  the United state of America :o

Facebook guys said that they've already started and there is more to do. They have launched Facebook lite website for faster and lighter accessing to facebook accounts.

I have a facebook account, but I barely used it. I didn't delete the account. I just want to keep it cause who knows? maybe in the future I would use it. I'm not saying here that facebook is not a good idea or it is not useful. It is very useful. I saw many old college mates from electrical, civil, computer and mechanic engineering there.

So it is nice but you may have bad experience from your friends when you post something. One day I posted some pictures of me and my friends. After that, one of my friends sent me an sms:
"Please remove my pictures that are in your account"
When I saw that sms and I was shocked. He is one of my best mates. So what was my reaction?
I deleted the account and replied with sms:
"I didn't know that you were so sensitive. Anyway I've deleted the account"
Five minutes later, he called me. I didn't answer.... At'3lla :)
Days after that incident, I saw him and he told me that I can post anything except his pics. He said that he don't like to mix the real life and cyber life together. He sees that we (or at least he) don't have to put our life in the net.
He got a point and I do respect it. I told him that I have deleted my account but someday I will create it again and I did create it

My account is still active but I don't accept friends request from my college mates. I only accept family and others
