Swine Flu and Inkscape

Hi people of the world,
The terror Swine Flu have caused seemed to inspire me alot these days (remember the unfair treatment by my family to me couple of days ago) . I decided to make my first cartoon drawing using a program called "Inkscape". For the people who don't know anything about the program, I am giving you a brief description about the it. Of course the description is copied from wikipedia and paste it here. Don't blame me for not writing about the program in my own words. Just blame wikipedia for making the people lazy to write :)

Inkscape:
"Inkscape is a vector graphics editor application. It is distributed under a free software license, the GNU GPL. Its stated goal is to become a powerful graphics tool while being fully compliant with the XML, SVG, and CSS standards."

That will lead us to a question. What is vector graphics?. Wikipedia, where is the answer?

Vector graphics:
"Vector graphics is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), which are all based on mathematical equations, to represent images in computer graphics."

Inkscape is free and open source. So all what you have is to install it and have fun.
Now you have some background about the program, don't you?
That's not the issue (too harsh). What I wanted to tell you is that Swine Flu inspired me to draw that (see below). Not bad for first-timer, isn't it?

The drawing shows a swine or a pig grim holds a scythe or to be specific "almost a scythe" :) and it is threatining us "Humans". The grim is actually inspired from one of these characters I saw when I was searching for grims in google image. So I tried to draw it and put my own touches to the character. This is my first attempt to draw something using Inkscape and I wish, in the future, I could do more and better.

Take care people of the world.
